October Blood Drives

red cross logoAs the American Red Cross responds to Hurricane Florence, providing food, shelter and comfort to those affected, individuals outside the affected areas are urged to help by giving blood to care for patients in the storm's path and across the country. People can also help by making a financial donation to support relief efforts.

Step Up for Down Syndrome Run/Walk is Oct. 6

NWKDSSThe Northwest Kansas Down Syndrome Society and the Russell Area Chamber of Commerce will host the inaugural Step Up for Down Syndrome 3.21 mile run and one mile walk on Saturday, October 6 from 8 to 11 AM at the Russell Recreation Center.
