Kansas Farm BureauThe Russell County Farm Bureau Scholarships were established in memory of longtime Board Members Randyl Becker and Margaret Denning.

The Russell County Farm Bureau Scholarship originated in the spring of 2007 in honor of longtime Board President Randyl Becker who died of cancer on July 8, 2006.
