Two Teens Injured in Rollover Wreck

Rollover AccidentTwo teens were injured in a rollover wreck Tuesday evening on Interstate 70 in Russell County.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, at 5:37 PM Tuesday, a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country minivan driven by 18-year-old Dominique Weaver-Tucker of Fergus Falls, Minnesota was westbound on I-70 just west of Gorham.

The vehicle traveled off the road into the median, rolled twice and came to rest in the eastbound lanes.

Weaver-Tucker was transported to Hays Medical Center. He was buckled up at the time of the rollover.

A passenger, 18-year-old Mikha Pursell of Russell, was transported to Russell Regional Hospital. He was not buckled up at the time of the crash.
