Kansas Insurance Commissioner Ken Selzer said Monday the Kansas Insurance Department is assessing the impact of possible data hacking of health insurance policyholders in Kansas as a result of the cyber attack which targeted Anthem, Inc., the nation's second largest health insurance company.
