Russell's Dortland Scores 10 in KBCA All-Star Game

Tiffany DortlandRussell's Tiffany Dortland scored 10 points on 4 of 7 shooting to help lead the White team to a 76-65 victory over the Blue squad in the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association Girls All-Star Game on Saturday, June 22 at Kansas Wesleyan's Mabee Arena in Salina.

The White led 33-29 at halftime and built their lead to as many as 19 in the second half.

Manhattan's Kia Wilson scored 14 points to share the White team-high scoring honors with Frankfort's Emilee Ebert.

Hanover's Macy Doebele had a game-high 20 points for the Blue.

Dortland graduated from Russell High School in May and will play basketball at Barton Community College in Great Bend.

In the boys game, the White won 111-107 over the Blue.
