Broncos Take Seventh at Hoisington Invite

RHS Boys TennisThe Russell High School boys tennis team placed seventh at the Hoisington Cardinal Invite held in Great Bend on Thursday, April 25.

The Broncos finished with 10 points.  Cimarron won the team title with 33 points.  Hutch Trinity was second with 31.  Hoisington took third with 26.  Eight teams competed in the meet.

For Russell, Isaiah Stierlen and Clayton Moubry went 2-2 and took fifth in #2 doubles.  Alex Baldwin finished sixth in #1 singles with a 1-3 record.  Matt Langhofer placed seventh in #2 singles with a 1-3 mark.  Regis Weiss and Nick Sells went 1-3 and took seventh.

Russell travels to Colby on Friday.
