Natoma TigersNATOMA-Allison Crist scored 14 of her game-high 16 points in the first half as the Lincoln Lady Leopards cruised to a 41-24 win over Natoma in Girls Basketball action on Friday night.

The first quarter was closely contested with Lincoln ahead 13-8 after the game's first eight minutes.  However as was the case in Tuesday night's loss to Chase, things got away from the Lady Tigers in the second quarter as they were outscored 12-4 allowing Lincoln to lead 25-12 at intermission.  The Lady Leopards increased their margin to 37-14 after three quarters with a 12-2 run and were never really threatened the rest of the night.

In the Boys game, things were close in the first quarter as Lincoln used a 6-0 run to end the period with a 13-6 lead.  The difference in this game was the second period as the Leopards outscored the Tigers 18-8 to lead 31-14 at halftime.  Lincoln maintained their cushion through the third quarter outscoring Natoma 14-13 for a 45-27 advantage.  Natoama however made a furious comeback in the game's final three minutes and for the quarter outpointed the Leopards 22-10.  Jayson Engling knocked down a long three-pointer in the game's final seconds but the Tigers ran out of time as they fell 55-49.

Lincoln's Sam Huehl led all scorers with 14 points the majority of which he recorded from four three-pointers while Drew Biggs chipped in with 10.  Bon Pongsuwan led Natoma with a double-double on 13 points to go along with 14 rebounds.
