Bunker Hill Founders Day 150th Celebration is July 31

The Bunker Hill Founders Day 150th Celebration is Saturday, July 31 at the Bunker Hill City Park.

The lunch stand opens at 11 AM, along with draft horse plowing at 11 and kids games at 11:30.

The parade is at 1 PM, followed by an Elvis impersonator at 2, a Wichita war dancer at 3 and a Great Bend Zoo display at 4.

The Dexter Rowe Band from Texas will perform from 4:30 to 7 PM.

A barbecue meal will be served at 6 PM.

Music and drawing for prizes will be from 7 to 8 PM.

Laser tag will be available from 7 to 9 PM.

A dance featuring Jimmy Dee and the Fabulous Destinations will be from 8 to 11 PM.

Plus, there will be fireworks at around 10 PM.

A $5 button covers the evening meal, live entertainment and events.
