Closing Reception for Quilt Artist to be Held Sunday

A closing reception will be held Sunday, October 5, from 2-4 pm for the quilt art exhibit named Beyond Comfort: Art Quilts by Ada Niedenthal.

The exhibit is still open now until Sunday. The patterns and forms in her work are inspired from nature and emotions from experiences in her own life. Ada graduated from Russell High School, and later college from Fort Hays State University. She is donating 25% of the proceeds she makes from selling her quilts to both art departments at RHS and FHSU.
