Deines Cultural Center to Host First East Egg Decoration Contest

The Deines is hosting their first egg decoration contest, which is open to all kids from kindergarten to 6th grade! 

Starting on March 3, you can come to the Deines and pick up a paper mache egg for free, take it home, and decorate it anyway you want. You can use markers, paint, glitter, glue, and any other art supplies you want, but you must use the egg provided by the Deines. No other eggs will be accepted.

Once your egg in decorated, bring it back to the Deines Cultural Center by March 18. The Deines will then have an “egg-xhibit” with all the eggs until Saturday, April 4.

On April 4, you can come pick up your egg and have easter treats from 2-4 pm. Prizes will also be given out that day for the best eggs.
