Russell County Commissioners Daron Woelk, Steve Reinhardt and Duke Strobel, Joetta Steckman and Russell County Attorney Dan Krug.

The Kansas Association of Counties, the Russell County Commissioners and Russell County Attorney Dan Krug recognized Legal Secretary Joetta Steckman for 40 years of service to Russell County at Tuesday's Commission meeting.

Steckman received a certificate and a pin.
