Lieutenant Governor Toland Makes Stops in Russell and Bunker Hill on Tuesday
Kansas Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of Commerce David Toland was in Russell on Tuesday.
Toland was joined by 109th Representative Troy Waymaster to tour the new Brickstone Lofts that are under construction in downtown Russell at the old Holland Hotel. Toland also made a stop at Smoky Hills PBS to tour their updated studio.
Toland said it's important for him to make stop in communities like Russell and Bunker Hill.

An area Toland focuses on is grassroots community-led developments such as revitalizing buildings on Main Streets, creating upper-floor housing in downtown districts and investing in the Rural Champions program that strengthens Kansas communities.
