Retirement Reception Held for City of Russell Electric Utility Director Duane Banks

A retirement reception was held Wednesday afternoon at the Russell City Building for retiring City of Russell Electric Utility Director Duane Banks.

Banks retires after 32 years of dedicated service to the City of Russell.

City Manager Jon Quinday spoke and thanked Banks.

Banks thanked the City staff and the Electric Department.

Dave Sturgeon is the City of Russell's new Electric Utility Director effective December 1.
