Russell Area Chamber of Commerce Seeking Volunteers for First Annual Russell Fall Festival

The Russell Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with local businesses and organizations will offer the First Annual Russell Fall Festival on Saturday, October 28.

The free community event will take place from 11 AM to 1 PM and will include activities such as hayrack rides, pumpkin decorating, a raffle for kids bikes, Post Rock Family Service's Trunk or Treat, kids tattooing, games, prizes and more.

The event will take place at Cecil Bricker Park in downtown Russell at the conclusion of the Jim Thoman Kid's Halloween Parade.

The Chamber is seeking additional organizations to set up games and activities for local youth to enjoy.
