Russell County Commissioners Recognize County Clerk Mary Nuss for Her Upcoming Retirement
The Russell County Commissioners met Monday and recognized County Clerk Mary Nuss for her upcoming retirement.
Nuss announced a few months ago she would be retiring in the spring. Nuss has worked for Russell County for 30 years and she's been the County Clerk since 2007.
Her retirement date is officially April 1.
Commissioner Duke Strobel thanked Nuss for her years of service.
A come and go retirement reception for Nuss is planned for Monday, March 27 from 2 to 4 PM at the Russell County Clerk's Office at the Courthouse.
