Russell Livestock Hosts Kansas Auctioneer Association Championship

16 of the best auctioneers from the Midwest were in Russell on Thursday, October 22 for the 13th Annual Kansas Auctioneer Association (KAA) Livestock Auctioneer Championship hosted by Russell Livestock.

Brandon Frey from Iowa won the competition. Andrew Sylvester from Wamego finished second. Rounding out the top five were John Kisner from Hays, Barrett Simon from Benton, Kansas and Quest Flesner from Missouri.

Frey takes home the champions belt buckle and a cash prize.

This is second time in five years Russell Livestock has hosted the competition. They held it in 2016.
