Seirer Recognized by Russell City Council

Kent Seirer has retired from his position as a street maintenance worker after 37 years of service in the Street Department within the City of Russell.

The City of Russell thanks Seirer for his years of dedicated service and wishes him well in his future endeavors.

Seirer was presented with a plaque of appreciation by Russell Mayor Jim Cross at Tuesday's Russell City Council meeting.
