Splash Pad Project Engraved Brick Fundraiser Continues
The Rotary Club of Russell and Russell PRIDE, Inc. are completing their fundraising efforts for the splash pad project to be located at the corner of 8th and Kansas Streets in downtown Russell.
Construction is slated to begin this fall so that area children can enjoy the splash pad next summer.
They are offering one more opportunity for supporters of the Russell community to purchase personalized engraved bricks for $250 each.
The bricks will pave the area surrounding the splash pad and the funds raised through the sale of the bricks will be used to fund the project.
Brick order forms are available from any Russell Rotary or Russell PRIDE member and must be received no later than September 30.
