Temporary Road Closure Announced

The Russell County Highway Department is closing one mile of road in south central Russell County to repair a bridge structure.

Beginning now, the road closure is from the intersection of South County Line Road and 187th Street going east on South County Line Road to 188th Street.

Local traffic will be able to drive from 188th Street going west for 0.8 mile to get to their property.

They anticipate repair completion on Tuesday, April 20 by 4 PM, weather permitting.
