Time Machine Exhibition Opens June 16 at Deines Cultural Center

The Deines Cultural Center in downtown Russell opens its next exhibition on Sunday, June 16 with a reception from 2 to 4 PM.
Time Machine showcases artists working in assemblage and mixed media, incorporating timepieces or time-related symbolism in their pieces.
Time Machine delves into the concept of time from various artistic viewpoints, demonstrating creativity and craftsmanship in transforming everyday objects and materials into intriguing art.
Featured artists include David Barnes, Alyssa Bivens, Toby Flores, Tracy Hanzlick, Kathleen Kuchar, Rebel Maheiu, Cal Mahin, Valerie Mills, Susan Palmer, Larry Peters, Rex Rosenberg, Melissa Shaw, Shannon Trevethan, Barbara Stevens, Rodney Wood and Barbara Waterman-Peters.
You can see the Time Machine Invitational Exhibition at the Deines Cultural Center at 820 North Main Street from June 16 to July 19. Hours are Tuesday through Sunday from Noon to 5 PM. They are closed on Mondays. Call 785-483-3742 or email deinescenter@russellcity.org for further information.
