UPDATE: Venue Change for Q&A Meeting About Russell Downtown Historic Designation Set for June 9

Russell Main Street Inc. and the Kansas Historical Society will host the presentation, which will explore how the historic designation can help preserve the unique character and heritage of downtown Russell while creating opportunities to support future revitalization and economic development efforts.

An effort is underway to designate Russell's downtown Main Street area as a historical district.

An opportunity to learn more about it will be held on Tuesday, June 9 at 5:30 PM at City Hall in Russell. Originally, the meeting was planned to be at Chet's Place in Russell.
