USD 407 staff members Sherry Homeier, Luci Knopp, Mari Purdy, Pam Terhune, Gaylon Walter, Margaret Walter and Debbie Zachman were honored Wednesday at a retirement reception at Ruppenthal Middle School in Russell.

The Russell County USD 407 Board of Education and the Russell County National Education Association hosted the reception to honor the retirees.
