Voting Starts Friday for Russell County Community Billboard Competition

Finalists have been selected and now it's your turn to pick the winner of the Community Billboard Competition held by Russell County Economic Development and Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Voting begins this Friday, April 10 at 8 AM at the Visit Russell County Kansas Facebook page and will continue through Wednesday, April 15 at 5 PM.

Winning designs will be used for Russell County’s next promotional billboards.

To keep the voting process fair and easy to track, only reactions on the original post will count toward the final vote totals. Comments and shares are encouraged to help spread the word, but they will not count as votes.

The winning designs will be announced on Thursday, April 16 and soon will be seen on billboards.

“This competition has been a great way to hear from community members and gather feedback on the places, experiences and qualities they love most about our county. We encourage everyone to check out the finalist designs, cast their vote and help us spread the word,” said Assistant Director Ryleigh Wagner.
