Area Athletes to Compete in State Line All-Star Hoops Games

Several area athletes and coaches will take part in the sixth annual State Line All-Star Basketball games on Saturday, June 5 at Rock Hills Junior/Senior High School in Mankato.

The games feature senior players from the Northern Plains League of Kansas and the Twin Valley Conference of Nebraska.  The Boys roster includes Jayce Dickerson and Jayson Engling of Natoma, Jonah Huehl of Sylvan-Lucas and Camryn Eberhart of Wilson.  The head coach is Jeff Starkey of Sylvan-Lucas while Chris Broeckelman from Natoma will serve as the assistant coach.

The lone area player on the Girls roster is Cadence Nondorf of Sylvan-Lucas.

The Girls game will tip off at 3 p.m. Saturday and the Boys game will follow at around 5 p.m.
