Broncos Roll to Sweep of Ellinwood

The Russell-Victoria Bronco baseball team extended its winning streak to three games with a doubleheader sweep of Ellinwood Friday at the Shaffer Sports Complex in Russell.

The Broncos dominated from start to finish, winning game one 18-3 and game two, 10-0. The two victories improved Russell-Victoria's record to 6-6 overall.

The Broncos are next in action on Tuesday, May 4 when they play their final home games of the 2021 season at the Shaffer Complex against Sedgwick. Seniors on the team will be recognized in a ceremony between games. First pitch for game one is set for 4 PM.
