Clay Center Sweeps LSL in Regular Season Finale

The Lincoln-Sylvan-Lucas Baseball team wrapped up its regular season Monday with a home doubleheader against Clay Center.

The Tigers had the upper hand in both contests played in Lincoln, winning Game 1, 13-0 and the nightcap, 13-2.

Lincoln-Sylvan-Lucas (5-11) will now turn its attention to the Class 3A Regional hosted by TMP-Marian which starts on May 17 in Hays.  The Leopards doubleheader with Canton-Galva scheduled for May 13 in Lincoln has been canceled.

Joining the Leopards in the Regional will be Russell-Victoria, Beloit, Ellsworth, TMP-Marian/LaCrosse, Hoisington-Central Plains, Larned and Minneapolis.  Pairings will be announced later this week.
