Lady Broncos Split at Stockton

The Russell Lady Bronco Volleyball team continued their strong start with a split of two matches on Tuesday evening at the Stockton Triangular.

In their first match, Russell swept host Stockton in two sets by scores of 28-26 and 25-22.  The Lady Broncos; early-sesason winning streak then came to an end in the night cap with a three-set loss to Hoxie by scores of 17-25, 25-14, 19-25.

Russell is now 11-2 on the season and will host the Russell Invitational on Saturday, September 16 at Amos Morris Gymnasium.  Matches begin at 9 a.m.
