More Statewide Honors for Natoma Football

The online sports publication Sports In Kansas recently announced their statewide honors in all classifications and three individuals associated with Natoma's 6-Man State Champion Football team were among those saluted.

Senior Running Back Kayden Martinez was selected by Sports in Kansas as the 6-Man Offensive Player of the year.  His teammate Derek George was selected as the 6-Man Defensive Player of the Year while head coach Tyler Masters was chosen as Coach of the Year.

The Tigers went 9-0 in 2021 on their way to the school's first state championship in Football, capping off the season with a 60-12 victory over Cunningham at the Wild West Bowl on October 30 at Dodge City's Memorial Stadium.
