NPL All-Stars Win State Line Girls All-Star Classic

A group of All-Star players from the Northern Plains League was victorious in the State Line Girls All-Star Classic held on June 1 at Lawrence-Nelson High School in Nelson, Nebraska.

The All-Stars defeated a team of players from Nebraska's Twin Valley Conference 46-36. In that contest, Emma Finkenbinder from Sylvan-Lucas scored six points while Bentley Smith of Lincoln scored one point. Jasmine Fenn of Lincoln also took part in the game.

The Girls team was coached by Brady Ryan of Sylvan-Lucas.

There were no area Boys players taking part in the Boys version of the State Line Classic also held on June 1 in Nelson.
