Regional Volleyball: VHS Punches Sub-State Ticket, Natoma Bows Out

The Class 1A Division ll Volleyball Regionals were held on Tuesday with both Victoria and Natoma vying for trips to the Sub-State Tournament.

Victoria swept both of its matches to qualify and likely host a Sub-State Tournament this coming weekend while Natoma saw its season end with three losses. The results are as follows:

Victoria Class 1A Dll Regional - Quad B

Victoria 2, Thunder Ridge 0 (25-7, 25-4)
Victoria 2, Hodgeman County 0 (25-16, 25-8)

Victoria advances to Sub-State

Bucklin Class 1A Dll Regional - Quad D (at Kiowa County HS)

Cunningham 2, Natoma 0 (25-20, 25-5)
Bucklin 2, Natoma 0 (25-14, 25-14)
Northern Valley 2, Natoma 0 (25-21, 25-16)

Natoma elminated

Sub-State brackets will be released by KSHSAA at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 23.
