RRC Update: Deadlines for Summer Activities Arriving Quick

Erik Stone, host of the Morning Show, invited Russell Recreation Director, Nick Turner, for the RRC's monthly segment on the show. The two talked about upcoming events and activities for the spring and summer time at RRC, as well as important deadlines not to forget.

They first started out by talking about youth pickleball, which is a new addition to the spring activities this year. The deadline to get registered for that is actually today, April 3.

Next, it was time to turn their attention to summer activities which is always a staple at the Russell Recreation Center. Especially with the new renovations done to the ball fields last year. Turner wanted to remind listeners that registration for all summer baseball, softball, and t-ball is due next Friday, April 10:

The last thing Stone and Turner discussed was upcoming Spring flag-football, which will start next Monday. There will be all kinds of age groups, all kinds of kids, and Turner mentioned how much fun it can be:
