Victoria Eliminated in Pool Play at State Volleyball

The Victoria Lady Knights Volleyball team saw their season come to an end Friday at the Class 1A Division ll State Volleyball Tournament at White Auditorium in Emporia.

Victoria was swept in their first match of pool play by Ingalls 21-25 and 11-25.  The Lady Knights then fell to Lebo in straight sets 13-25 and 10-25. In their third and final match of the day, Victoria pushed Central Prairie League rival Otis-Bison to three sets but was ultimately defeated 26-24, 12-25 and 23-25.

Victoria concludes the 2024 season with a record of 26-17 and its second trip to the State Tournament in the last three years.
