Special Education Teacher

Russell County USD 407 is accepting applications for a Special Education Teacher at Ruppenthal High School (grades 6 - 8) for the 2021-2022 school year. Applicant must hold or be eligible to hold a Kansas teaching license with a Special Education endorsement or willingness to pursue a special education endorsement by August 1,2021. USD 407 is accepting applications for a Custodian at Ruppenthal Middle School.  The successful individual will maintain the cleanliness and safety of the school facilities; will work under all types of weather conditions; and will be willing to work overtime when necessary. This opportunity requires prolonged standing and walking; occasional physical exertion to move, lift, carry or push objects weighing more than 50 pounds; and a High School Diploma or equivalency. Principal - RMS

Paraeducator

Russell County USD 407 is seeking applicants for a Paraeducator position. This position provides instructional support; must demonstrate strict confidentiality; promote a positive school environment; flexibility in changes to schedule and assignments; and follow all Board and school policies. opportunity will assist with the planning process: copies, transcribes, types, files, etc. Qualifications: must be able to work in noisy, stressful, crowded and changing environments; and occasionally require physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry or push heavy objects weighing more than 50 pounds. Bus Driver

Russell County USD 407 is taking applications for bus drivers. Applicants must possess a high school diploma and a valid CDL license with required endorsements.
