Avoid South Fossil Street in Russell on Friday Between Lucas, Luray Streets

The public is asked to avoid South Fossil Street in Russell on Friday, May 3 between Lucas and Luray Streets while electric crews work to replace the broken power pole from Thursday night's motor vehicle accident according to the City of Russell.

Work is expected to continue through late Friday afternoon into the evening.
