City of Great Bend Announces Playground Closure for Repairs at Veterans Memorial Park

The City of Great Bend Public Lands Department has announced the large playground on the south side of Veterans Lake will be closed for repairs starting June 12. The closure is expected to last one week.

They apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as they work to improve the safety and quality of recreational facilities. The repairs are essential to ensure the playground remains a safe and enjoyable space for the community.
