City of Russell to Offer Tree Limb Pickup

Russell residents who have downed tree limbs from this weekend's storm can call the City Building at 785-483-6311 with their name and address to get on the pickup list.

Pickup will only occur this week, so please call as soon as possible, but before Thursday at 5 PM.

Once you call and get on the list, please remember to place your tree limbs curbside.

Residents are asked to put the limbs parallel to the curbside, which speeds up the pickup process.

Crews will not go onto private property or collect tree limbs from alleys.

Please do not block sidewalks and keep at least a three-foot clear space around fire hydrants and utility pedestals.

Please remember that city crews will only pick up tree limbs for those on the pickup list.
