COVID-19 Case Total Update for Jan. 22

As of 3 PM, Friday, January 22, Russell County has 795 total positive cases of COVID-19 since the pandemic began, an increase of four since Wednesday, according to the Russell County Health Department.

The current active and in isolation case count is 16 with 757 recovered cases, 53 hospitalizations with none currently hospitalized, 22 deaths and 27 in quarantine.

The cumulative positivity rate for this week is 10.7 percent. The cumulative positivity rate for last week was 5.9 percent. The cumulative positivity rate for the month of January is 7.4 percent.
