Russell County Highway Department Will Work on 15th Street Road Next Week

The Russell County Highway Department will work on 15th Street Road, also known as East Shoreline, next week.

A contractor will work along with the Highway Department, so there will be a lot of road activity during this time.

They suggest the public finds a different route for this area.

They will close 15th Street Road for one day on Tuesday, September 21 from 200th Boulevard, the North Dorrance Blacktop, going east on 15th Street Road for 3.5 miles, ending at 203rd Street.

Then on Wednesday and Thursday, September 22 and 23, they will have one-lane traffic from approximately 202nd Street going east to Kansas Highway 232. Each day, they will begin work at 8 AM through 4 PM.
